What is meditation? Meditation (dhyana) is mere being, in the here and now. Follow your breath, count inhalations and exhalations, or silently say a mantra. In meditation, you observe your thoughts without judging them: this is how you try to get to your true core.

How do I get into deep meditation?

Through continuous practice, you naturally develop experience, making it easier to enter into deep meditation. In doing so, all meditations are useful, whether they are deep or not. The most important thing is to be patient. The calmer you are, the easier it goes.

What do you feel during meditation?

It seems like you are detached from everything, that your crown is in direct connection with the universe. So that often really gives a kind of wow feeling. Just because it's a nice feeling. People who meditate together can also experience that the space they are in suddenly feels much larger.
