What is a breathing session?
In a connected breathing session, I teach you to take full and deep breaths, connecting the in and out breaths without leaving a pause in between. This active way of breathing allows feelings, emotions and energy blockages in your body to be felt again.
How does a breathing session work?
A breath session works on three levels of consciousness: physical, mental/emotional and spiritual. By conscious, full and connected breathing during a breath session, you bring extra oxygen/energy into your body, causing it to flow and energy to move. You activate the self-healing capacity.
